Small Group Training consists of 3-5 participants and one personal trainer. Rec Sports participants can create their own SGT and schedule times with a personal trainer. Or, students, faculty, and staff can sign-up for one of the small group training classes listed below.
To register please complete our personal training application and turn it in at our front desk in Bourgeois Hall
