Where Do We Start When Designing A Program For Our Clients?

Let's take an in-depth look at what core training really is? Are we taking into consideration the compensation patterns that may exist with each client? Do we really understand the limitations in range of motion at a joint or are we assuming that everyone has the ROM as it appears in numerous text books? What about stretching? Do we do after a warm up, after a workout, and how much? All these questions will be addressed. I hope this session opens your eyes to the responsibility we have as fitness professional to be able to determine a safe and effective approach of designing a program that meets our clients' goals and proves to them that we do know what we are doing to their muscular system!
