The Small Group Training program offers structured group programs to any UL Lafayette students, faculty/staff, or current Rec Sports Spouse Pass members. Classes are led by Rec Sports Personal Trainers who have experience in both one-on-one and group class settings. The trainers develop a specific exercise program based on the class focus and participant needs and abilities. The goal is to teach progression of fitness training, create healthy habits, and build a positive community.
Find a description and the registration form for each linked below. Once submitted, bring confirmation email and cash or check to the Rec Sport Office to complete the payment. Payment is required prior to the first class.
Classes are in the planning phases for Spring and will be announced toward the beginning of the semester.
