The Small Group Training program offers a structured group program to any UL Lafayette students, faculty/staff, or current Rec Sports Spouse Pass members. This class is led by Rec Sports Personal Trainers who have experience in both one-on-one and group class settings. The trainers develop a specific exercise program based on strength and functionality. The goal is to teach progression of strength training, create healthy habits, and build a positive community.
$60 for students (breaks down to $4/class)
$85 for non-students (breaks down to $5.67/class)
Complete the Registration Form on the Rec Sports website. Once submitted, bring confirmation email and cash or check to the Rec Sport Office to complete the payment. Payment is required prior to the first class on October 7th.
