Small Group Training

The Small Group Training program offers structured group programs to any UL Lafayette students, faculty/staff, or current Rec Sports Spouse Pass members. Classes are led by Rec Sports Personal Trainers who have experience in both one-on-one and group class settings. The trainers develop a specific exercise program based on the class focus and participant needs and abilities. The goal is to teach progression of fitness training, create healthy habits, and build a positive community.

How to Join

  1. Complete the Registration Form under "Fitness" on the Rec Sports website
  2. ​Make full payment as a check (make out to UL Lafayette) or exact cash at the Front Desk or Rec Sports Main Office in Bourgeois Hall

Classes

Strength Training

  • 8-week strength class led by 2 Rec Sports Personal Trainers
  • Learn and/or perfect your form with a 3-day strength program
  • All experience levels welcomed
  • Leave with a 3-day personalized strength program

To maintain the safety and the experience of each participant, the class will be limited to 12 people.

Cost per person

UL students: $55
Other: $70

Payments are due in full before the start of the class and are non-refundable.
