The Rec Sports Fitness Center is constantly progressing to make your experience at our facility more enjoyable. We have advanced workout equipment and a rock wall to help you reach your health goals. Our Fitness Center Staff is highly trained and knowledgeable about all the equipment and machines in our facility. Feel free to ask our fitness center staff if you need any help with using the machines.

The Training Studio is free for you to use Monday - Thursday's from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. All other times are reserved for Personal Training and Small Group Training sessions. This room has two stations for Olympic lifting, 20 yards of turf, dumbbell's, kettlebell's, jump ropes, boxes, treadmill, and other equipment for you to plan a killer circuit, MetCon, AMRAP, or strength session.

We also provide a basic workout card, created by our Certified Personal Trainers.
