About Group Exercise

The Rec Sports Group Ex program offers a variety of free classes for UL Lafayette students, faculty/staff, and current Rec Sports Spouse Pass holders.  The formats range from cardio to strength to dance to mind/body, and are taught by trained Rec Sports staff. Classes range from 30-45 minutes throughout the day, with different classes each day to maintain a well-balance fitness schedule.
