American Red Cross Course Registration Form

Please complete this form to register for an American Red Cross Course. To see more information, please visit the Red Cross Course Information page.

The American Red Cross requires that participants be at least 15 years old by the ending date of the course in which they are taking. Please verify below that you (or the person you are registering) is or will be 15 years old by the ending date of the course.
Classes run 1pm-4pm
Pre-Course Skills Test: scheduled and completed before class. Please reach out to Tyler Fortenberry to schedule your Pre-Course Skills test. Tyler.Fortenberry@louisiana.edu Day 1: 1:00pm-5:00pm | Day 2: 10:00am-4:00pm | Day 3: 10:00am-4:00pm
Day 1 class time: 5pm-10pm, Day 2 class time: 9am-3pm, Pre-Course Skills Test: 5:30pm

You must be 15 years or older to participate in American Red Cross safety education and certification courses. We have many course offerings throughout the year that you may participate in after turning 15.
