Pricing

Payment is due prior to or by the start of the course. For Lifeguard Certifications, a deposit must be made on the day of your Prerequisite Skills Evaluation. Course payment will be accepted after you have successfully passed you final exam and skills scenarios. Rec Sports currently only accepts cash and check payments. Checks should be made out to the "University of Louisiana at Lafayette." If you choose to pay in cash please bring the exact amount as we are unable to make change.

CPR/AED and First Aid for Adult/Infant - Blending Learning

Classes are typically held the last Friday of each month. Classes are blended learning which requires the completion of an online portion prior to the class. This will be send to you following your registration being processed by the Rec Sports staff. The registration deadline for all classes is one week before the first class. 

Course Times:
All classes are held from 1pm-4pm

Lifeguard - Blended Learning

Become a certified lifeguard! This 3-day course runs Friday-Sunday with a pre-course skills test required the before the class. The pre-course skills test must be passed per requirements or the course cannot be taken.
Classes are blended learning which requires the completion of an online portion prior to the class. This will be send to you following your registration being processed by the Rec Sports staff. The registration deadline for all classes is the Friday before the class.

Course Times:
Pre-Course Skills Test: After registering for a class, please email Tyler Fortenberry at Tyler.Fortenberry@louisiana.edu to setup your pre-course skills test. 
Day 1 (Friday): 1pm-5pm
Day 2 (Saturday): 10am-4pm
Day 3 (Sunday): 10am-4pm
