Group X

The Rec Sports Group X program offers a variety of free classes for UL students, faculty/staff, and current Rec Sports Spouse Pass holders.  The formats range from cardio to strength to dance to mind/body, and are taught by trained Rec Sports staff. Classes range from 30-60 minutes throughout the day, with different classes each day to maintain a well-balance fitness schedule. Try any classes at any time – classes are drop-in all semester!
